Description

Caroline Falconer is since May 2022 Deputy Secretary General at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, she was for almost 7 years Senior Legal Counsel at Vattenfall, a major European energy company, handling, inter alia a major cross border dispute in the English courts. She has also extensive experience of major disputes after her time at Swedish law firms, specializing in solving disputes in litigation and arbitration.
