Experienced Legal Director with more than 20 years of experience being the last 15 years on the petrochemical business. Her currently areas of focus are M&A, Financing, Competition Law, Corporate Governance, International Commercial Agreements and Regulatory law in the sector of energy and ports. Prior to joining Braskem S.A. (the largest producer of resins in Americas), Cristiane served as a Legal Manager at Duke Energy (generation power energy company). Additionally, she was an attorney at Pinheiro Neto Law Firm for 8 years. She graduated in Sao Paulo at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) and also has MBA at Insper.
