I am a French lawyer and commenced work with the Parfums CHRISTIAN DIOR. I was then appointed Legal Counsel Thomson Multimedia, handling consumer electronics legal matters, conducting licensing in Asia and helping the emergence of the new analog Pay TV business before becoming Deputy General Counsel, Europe. I moved to the CANAL group to support the launch of the digital Pay TV bouquet of CANAL +and created CANAL + Technologies to develop, protect and license the CANAL + technologies worldwide and prepare the IPO. I am currently EVP, General Counsel and Public Affairs for VIACCESS ORCA, a 100 % affiliate of ORANGE dedicated to content protection, OTT technologies. I am very involved in the fight against piracy and have been co-creating and vice- presiding the AAPA, the European Alliance against Audio-Visual piracy and I work as expert in several working groups and thin tanks for the EU Intellectual Property Office.
