Elena is a corporate and M&A attorney at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, based in London. She is responsible for M&A deals in EMEA and post-acquisition integrations worldwide. She previously worked as a corporate finance associate at Baker McKenzie in Brussels and London. Elena holds a law master degree from Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School (class of ‘15). She is a member of the Brussels and New York bars.
