David R. Marriott is a partner in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on the litigation of complex disputes, including in particular matters in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property and securities. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Marriott is an Adjunct Professor at the New York University School of Law and a Lecturer in Law at Columbia University School of Law.
